"Sturdy overall, with a couple minor drawbacks"
I’ve had my Nautilus machine for maybe 3 or 4 months now, and overall I’m happy with it. The frame feels solid and has some real weight to it, so it doesn’t shake around much when I’m using it. A few of the plastic pieces feel a little cheaper than I expected for the price, but nothing has broken or caused any issues so far. Putting it together took me around an hour or two, but once it was set up, it felt strong and reliable. I’d give it about 4 stars

"Should’ve held up better for the price"
I bought a nautilus machine it seemed fine at first. But after just a few months, some parts started getting loose and it began making noises it definitely shouldn’t have been making. For what this costs, I think it’s only fair to expect something solid and dependable. Selling equipment at this price point should come with a responsibility to make sure it lasts longer than that

"It got here when it was supposed to..."
It got here when it was supposed to, and the box looked totally fine, no weird dents or anything. Everything inside seemed good too. I don’t know, it just felt like a solid experience overall, and I’m really happy with it.

"Works Fine, But Feels a Little Weak!!!"
The bike runs okay overall, but it does feel a bit weak at times!!! The resistance slips every now and then, which can be kind of annoying when I’m trying to keep a steady pace!!! It’s usable, just not as solid as I was hoping!!!

My treadmill needed a new belt and a small plastic cover, and I was just hoping I wouldn’t have to replace the whole thing over a couple of parts. nautilus had both items listed, the ordering process was straightforward, and the shipping was reasonable too. To be fair, that’s exactly what I’d hope for from a company that sells machines like this — make the parts easy to find so people can keep using what they already bought.

"Arrived way quicker than expected"
Just a heads up for anyone considering ordering: mine showed up super fast. I wasn’t waiting around long at all, which was a nice surprise. If quick shipping matters to you, this was a solid experience for me.

"Nice and quiet for early mornings"
I was surprised by how quiet this is. I’ve been using it early in the morning and it hasn’t woken anyone up (which is a big win in my house). There’s a little hum, but it’s not annoying at all

I bought this from nautilus.com, and overall it’s okay for the price. For some reason, I was expecting it to feel a bit more solid than it does. It works fine and the setup was easy, so no real complaints there, but a few parts do feel cheaper than I thought they would. Shipping was fine too, nothing special but no major issues. I’d say it’s a decent buy if you can get it on sale, but at full price I’d probably hesitate.

"Warranty help wasn’t too bad, just slow"
I got the part replaced in the end, so I can’t say they didn’t help me. Support just took a while to get back, which was a bit frustrating, but it worked out okay.

"Return took way longer than I thought"
I ordered from nautilus.com and ended up needing to send it back. The product itself was fine enough, not really the problem, but the return process was kind of confusing. The steps, they were not laid out super clearly, and my refund took more time than I was expecting. Customer service did answer me, but slowly enough that it got annoying. Overall, okay product, but the return part made the whole thing frustrating for me

"Worked better than I thought it would"
The app’s been way easier to use than I expected. I’ve been syncing my workouts and—actually, that was the part I thought would be annoying—but so far it’s been smooth with no issues.

"Not the Worst Assembly Experience"
Putting it together took way longer than I expected, and the instructions weren’t exactly doing me any favors. To be fair, I’ve seen worse directions, so I guess that’s something. I did get it assembled in the end, but I definitely needed an extra set of hands for a few parts

I did hear back from support eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Maybe that’s just how their support usually is, but based on this one experience, I’d plan on waiting a bit for a response.
